1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Creator Intelligence Engine platform, website, and related services (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Creator Intelligence Engine ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

You must be at least the age of majority in your country of residence (18 in most jurisdictions) to create an account. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

2. What the Service is — and what it is not

Creator Intelligence Engine is a decision-support platform for content creators. It surfaces trends, competitive context, audience insights, and planning tools to help you make your own creative and strategic decisions. It is not an automated growth service, a guarantee of audience growth or virality, a talent agency, or a replacement for your own judgment.

The Service does not publish, edit, or create content on your behalf automatically. Features that reference publishing, repurposing, or exporting only act when you explicitly trigger them and review the output. You remain solely responsible for anything you publish to third-party platforms.

3. Your account and your data

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it current.

Content and data you enter (profiles, analytics, briefs, plans, competitors you track, etc.) is associated with your account. Your records are isolated from other users' records through row-level access controls; other users cannot read or modify your records. 4. Credits, billing, and access

Access to the Service is organized around a credit-bundle model. When you purchase a bundle you receive a number of credits that do not expire by time. Non-AI features — including the Productivity Suite, analytics dashboards, production planning, and manual status boards — are free to use and do not consume credits.

AI-powered features (such as trend analysis, concept evaluation, risk assessment, thumbnail analysis, retention interpretation, and repurposing) consume credits only when you explicitly trigger them. Each AI action shows an estimated credit cost before you run it. Credits are deducted from your balance at the time the action runs. We do not run AI operations in the background or on a schedule that draws down your credits without your explicit action.

Your account can use all platform features while you have a positive credit balance. When your aggregate credit balance reaches zero, AI features become unavailable until you purchase another bundle. Non-AI features remain available.

Payments are processed by Paystack and are billed in Ghana Cedis (GHS). Credit values are referenced to a USD peg to keep pricing stable against currency movement, but you are charged in GHS at checkout. Prices are displayed before you confirm a purchase. By purchasing a bundle you authorize us to charge the displayed amount through Paystack.

5. Refunds

Credit bundles are non-refiring and consumed on demand. Because credits do not expire and you control every deduction by choosing to run an AI action, used credits are non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error or a transaction failed, contact us through the Contact page and we will review the matter. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
• Scrape, harvest, or attempt to reverse-engineer the Service or its underlying models.
• Resell, sub-license, or share your account or credits with third parties.
• Use AI outputs to mislead audiences, make false claims, or violate third-party platform policies.
• Attempt to bypass credit checks, rate limits, or access controls.

Information about third parties (such as competitor estimates) is drawn from publicly available sources and is approximate. Competitor analytics are labelled as estimated and must not be represented as exact or official figures.

7. Third-party platforms and integrations

The Service may connect to third-party platforms (for example Google Calendar or Instagram) through authorization flows. These connections are governed by the third party's own terms and privacy policy. We access only the data you authorize and only for the purpose you selected. We do not control third-party platforms and are not responsible for their availability, policies, or changes.

8. AI output is advisory — not legal, financial, or professional advice

All AI-generated output is advisory and probabilistic. It reflects pattern-based estimates, not guarantees of outcome. We do not promise virality, growth, revenue, or engagement. Risk and compliance assessments are provided to help you think through your content and arenot legal advice; they do not create any lawyer-client relationship and must not be relied upon as a substitute for qualified legal counsel.

9. Intellectual property

We retain all rights to the Service, its design, and its underlying systems. You retain all rights to the content and data you create or upload. By using AI features you acknowledge that output is generated by a model and may be similar to output produced for other users; you are responsible for reviewing and adapting it before use.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any AI output will be accurate or useful for your purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time through the Contact page. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if your account remains inactive for an extended period, or as required to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; data you created remains subject to these Terms until deleted.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email where feasible. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ghana unless you are required to resolve them elsewhere by mandatory local consumer law.
