Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Creator Intelligence Engine ("we," "us") built this Privacy Policy to explain what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it isolated to you. We aim to collect only what the Service needs to function and to be honest about how it is used.

2. Information you provide directly

• Account information: your email address, name, and password (stored as a hash). Used to authenticate you and display your identity within the app.
• Creator data you enter: social profiles, niche and audience profiles, competitors you track, analytics snapshots, content briefs, production plans, experiments, thumbnails, retention analyses, and similar records. This data powers the features you use and is stored under your account.
• Files you upload: images, videos, and documents you provide for AI analysis (for example thumbnail tests or risk assessments). These are stored as file references attached to your records.
• Payment information: when you purchase credits, payment is processed by Paystack. We do not store your full card details; Paystack handles card data according to its own certified standards.

3. Information collected automatically

We collect basic usage data such as which features you access and approximate interaction counts, used to keep the Service reliable and to improve usability. We do not build advertising profiles from your activity and do not sell your information to third parties.

4. Data isolation between users

The Service uses row-level access controls so that records you create are visible and editable only by you. Other users cannot read, modify, or delete your records. Records that are explicitly marked as public (for example a content asset you choose to mark public) may be visible to others as you configure.

5. AI processing

AI features run only when you explicitly trigger them. The content you submit for an AI action (for example a thumbnail image, a transcript, or a concept description) is sent to our AI provider to produce the result, and the result is stored back under your account. We do not run AI operations in the background or on a schedule that processes your data without your action.

AI output is advisory and probabilistic. We do not use your data to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you.

6. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties in limited, specific ways:

• Paystack — processes credit-bundle payments in GHS.
• AI provider(s) — generate advisory output for AI features you trigger.
• Connected platforms — when you authorize a connection (for example Google Calendar or Instagram), we access only the data you authorize, only for the action you selected, under that platform's own terms.

Each third party processes data according to its own privacy policy. We share only the minimum information needed to perform the requested action.

7. Data retention

We retain your records for as long as your account is active so the features remain useful to you. Credit balances do not expire by time. If you request account deletion, we will remove your records within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or to resolve disputes.

8. Your rights

You can view, export, and delete the records you create at any time from within the Service. You can disconnect third-party integrations at any time. To request full account deletion or a copy of your data, contact us through the Contact page. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and within any period required by applicable law.

9. Security

We apply access controls, row-level isolation, and encrypted secrets for sensitive configuration such as payment keys. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We will notify affected users of a material breach where required by law.

10. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of majority in their country of residence. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us and we will remove the account.

11. International use

The Service is operated from Ghana and billed in Ghana Cedis (GHS). If you access the Service from outside Ghana, your information is still processed here and you understand that the data-protection laws of your country may differ.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service changes. We will post the revised version here with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email where feasible.
